訂花需知 Ordering Information

  1. All deliveries are within HONG KONG only.
    送花服務只限於香港境內。

  2. Please order item(s) TWO days before the delivery date. We can deliver on Public Holidays.
    請於送花日前最少兩天預訂，公眾假期送花服務照常。

  3. We want to ensure our customers receive high quality flowers on time. Therefore, in case of temporary shortages, Woody House reserves the right to substitute same or higher quality flowers without prior notice. (Photos are for reference only.)
    我們希望為客人準時送上花禮品，所以當遇上臨時缺貨時，花莊保留在沒有預先通知下使用同或更高級花材代替的權利。（網站圖片只供參考）

  4. Due to fluctuations in flower prices during holidays (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day...) we reserve the right to alter our prices without notice. In this case, we will notify the affected customers in advance.
    因時花價格可能因時節而浮動（如：聖誕節，情人節等），我們將因應情況作出調整而不在這網頁內更新，所有受影響的客戶會作出個別通知。

  5. No refund is possible.
    所有已繳付的款項將不作退還。
